Step 1

The contract drawing and specifications and any other information are handed over.

Step 2

CAD Work begins on the floor plans, engineering work shall also commence. All additional work that is needed is also being done at this point like calculations, isometric views, all the way to the legends and index.

Step 3

Work is 100% checked in-house for correctness and Code adhesion prior to submission to you. We will then wait until this is fully approved by your client and will do any revision necessary as per AHJ.

The time difference often proves to be a powerful tool often on time critical or last minute adjustments, while its late in some areas we are able to work on those important changes and have it ready first thing in the morning!
